The rent is $1000 for a private room (furnished or not), a full bath, all utilities, and access to 4 rec centers. I’m a friendly honest professional working in the education field. I enjoy different activities such as pickleball, kayaking, hiking, the gym and taking my little Henry to the dog park. I prefer living with someone who has a calm personality and enjoyable to be around. Two Siamese cats and a toy 4 pound Yorkie live here. The landlord requires a 1-year lease with an $800 deposit.
