My husband and I are looking to rent out one of our guest rooms in our 4 bedroom house in Parker (open to male or female roommate – you pick which room, can be furnished or unfurnished, and the other will remain a guest room). Bedroom and bathroom are on the 2nd floor; Shared main floor includes living room, formal dining room, large kitchen with informal dining area, TV/family room, half bath and laundry.
$950/ month includes private bath, utilities, wifi, community pools, tennis and pickleball courts. 10 minutes off I-25 near Lincoln/ Jordan and a 10 minutes walk from the Cherry Creek Trail.
We’re in our mid-40s, no kids, with two small dogs who are eager to be your new best friends! I’m a mental health therapist in South Denver (DenSem grad and occasional adjunct), and my husband runs his own landscape design company from our home. We’re both ambiverts who appreciate hospitality, a clean house, evening walks, dinner on the back patio, and hanging out with good friends. I love to cook and bake gluten free, and my husband loves wrenching on our cars and motorcycles, so we’re often together at car meets around town.
