You will have your own room, closet (and additional hallway closet) and share a large bathroom, with 1 girl. The second bedroom rents for 872.50 and has its own bathroom.The house has a large kitchen, great backyard and spacious living areas! Holly and I love to hike together and would love for some girls to join us for movie nights and roommate adventures! The house is located off of 285 and Kipling in a quiet neighborhood and close to many hiking areas including Red Rocks, Morison, Golden! There are also great amenities nearby, Starbucks, Trader Joe’s, Chick fil a, Dutch bros, and others!
