Hello Ladies!

Two CCU Grad (We went to school at different times -class of 2016 and 2020) are looking for a Christian lady to join our Lakewood townhouse! The lease begins August 1, but you could move in about anytime since it is now July!

You would be living upstairs in the master bedroom, (Jana will be in the smaller upstairs room) sharing a two sink bathroom.

One year lease, security deposit due with lease (around $800). Master would go for around $795 plus utilities which typically do not exceed $60 all in.

Hannah in the basement space with the very cute (and mostly quiet, small sized golden retriever- he velcros himself to me 95 percent of the time)

Located right on the Bear Creek Greenbelt, about 25 minutes from downtown without traffic and 10 minutes from Green Mountain. It is an easy 17 minute drive to Denver Seminary. You have access to the community pool during the summer and plenty of no fee parking. Quiet neighborhood with close proximity to mountains and conveniences! (5 min to grocery, walkable local coffee shop that is a great study spot)

Already one dog in the house, which is all that is allowed in the lease for pets. (no cats) If you think you would be an awesome fit but have a pet that you think would be ok- please reach out and I can inquire with the landlord.

We are both chill and sporty, love people, and are looking for someone who is willing to keep common spaces fairly tidy and be a good addition to our little group (Mid 20’s- 30’s)
