Your Bedroom: 210sf (not including entry or the two closets.) Huge, bright main bedroom with two big windows with honeycomb shades, two huge closets and a king size bed. Ivory paint white trim. This room gets sunlight in the morning and throughout the day. There is ample on-street parking right in front of the house and you are welcome to park in the driveway when I am not here. Garage may be available at an additional cost.

Mid-century modern ranch house (all on one level) in a very quiet suburban neighborhood. Original, recently refinished hardwood floors and honeycomb shades throughout the house. Entire house is filled with light and very open and airy. 1.5 baths are both recently remodeled.

The second living room is the only room with wool berber carpet and Preway fireplace (for candles only!). If you work from home, this room would make a great office with a standing desk available. Also a great playroom for pup and kids.

I am 43yo, a walker/hiker, work out everyday and eat clean. On rare occasions, I drink a nice bottle of wine. My pup is 22lbs and DOES NOT SHED or bark incessantly. He is highly trained, only potties in one spot in the yard and has 97% recall. I work in the mountains so am home infrequently. My dog is with me at all times and only rarely gets left at home alone. I attended seminary in 2015. I am an avid gardener and have a 350sf year-round veggie garden. You are welcome to garden too. I look forward to meeting you!
