The space also has its own fenced yard area. Laundry is shared with main house. No pets, no smoking.
Rent is $1275/month (includes water, trash and recycling). Utilities are on the house’s own meter. Move in as early as July 7th but we could discuss other July move in dates.
Looking for a 12 month lease.
