Hello! I have up to two rooms to rent in the Baker neighborhood. The house has lots of light and character. It’s a great spot and I’m looking for the right people to share it with.

- Great established neighborhood close to all of the life on South Broadway
Who Lives Here
I’m an active professional. Most weekends I’ll be out climbing, canyoning, riding a motorcycle, or cooking for friends. I value good conversation and shared space that feels comfortable and respect that everyone needs room to live their own life.
Who I’m Looking For
Up to 2 men (IE no more than 3 of us). I’m flexible on personality type – quiet or social, homebody or always out – both work. What matters more is that you’re considerate, keep shared spaces clean, and are comfortable in a home where faith is part of the culture. Nothing heavy-handed, it just shapes how I try to treat people. No smoking inside or on the property.
