I’m Jaeci (she/her), a 50-something, 23-years’ medical massage therapist, who relocated from Minneapolis to Colorado last year, and am starting up a bodywork practice again, now in the lovely Littleton business district.

I just signed a 3-year lease (and hope to extend to 7 years beyond that), if you’re looking for a long-term, stable location within which to establish, extend or relocate your current practice.

It’s located on busy Littleton Blvd (@ Fox St; two blocks West of Broadway); this beautiful 3rd/top floor studio is located in a well-maintained, tastefully decorated, quiet medical office building, which houses many psychotherapists, various other quiet small businesses, and a ground-floor clinic (Doctor’s Care) that focuses on serving underprivileged members of the community.

This is a safe, well-lit location that’s easy to locate (can’t miss the huge “Doctor’s Care” sign on the building) and includes ample, free parking in the lot behind the building. This location is easily accessible on foot, bike, bus or car. It is  handicap accessible per the outside ramp, foyer elevator and wide hallways/doorways.

Your fully furnished office space (approximately 12′ x 6′) is available for rent starting July 1.

The entire rental space (ours combined) has freshly painted, crisp white ceiling and walls, with new dark charcoal Berber carpet; your office furnishings include two new dark grey armless chairs, new small tables, new desk and desk chair; peaceful wall art, and soft lighting.  (Photos posted by 6/15).

Updated restrooms are conveniently located 20 feet down the hall from your office space; with an elevator a few feet beyond the restrooms.

An attractive waiting area for patients/clients is just outside the elevators.

My practice is located in the larger studio space beyond yours (separated by a locked door); yours is the front office / entry area.

Our business names are posted on signage outside the office /studio.

This space is available two half days and one full day/week.

Available days / times are:
Mondays: 7 AM – 12 PM;
Wednesdays: 7 AM – 10 PM; and
Thursdays:  7 AM – 12 PM.

(Mondays and Thursdays we’ll do a “shift switch” as I arrive and you vacate by 12:20, so you’re still able to see patients/clients right up till noon.)

We would operate our practices on opposite schedules (giving each other complete privacy).

Rent is $500/month.

No long-term lease required; only a 60-day notice which allows me time to seek a replacement renter, if needed.

If you’re building a new practice or have an existing practice but are wanting /needing to relocate or add another location — and are wanting an affordable, attractive, fully furnished, part-time location (without a year-long lease) in which to practice, this might be a good fit for you.*
