Welcome! We hope you feel at home here. This home has been recently updated with new paint, flooring and furnishings. The master bedroom has a queen bed, with an ensuite bath and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a twin XL. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can make all of your favorites. The front yard is fenced in and there is a small private side yard off the kitchen, perfect for morning coffee, reading or chat with friends. The livingroom has a large sofa and TV offering plenty of room to host watch parties.

There are multiple restaurants and shopping to enjoy within a 10-12 minute drive (Target, Alamo Drafthouse, Cinemark, Dick’s, Whole Food, etc.) along with several beautiful parks a few blocks away and Belmar park a 10 minute drive. Costco is a mere 5 minutes away. You will be close to Empower Stadium, 20 min. to downtown and Red Rocks.
