Hey everyone!
My husband and I are looking to rent our entire basement space (450 sq ft) as early as September. The house is in northwest Highlands Ranch near Redstone Park in a safe neighborhood with walking trails nearby. About 12 minutes from Denver Seminary.
THE BASEMENT:
-Well lit with 2 large windows
-Full private bathroom
-Two closets
-Partially furnished with couch, TV, coffee table, mini fridge, dresser, pantry (all you need is a bed)
-Driveway parking/Garage entry
THE HOUSE:
-Laundry room on the main floor
-Full access to kitchen, pantry, and living spaces upstairs including a piano
-Outside patio with beautiful view
-Free access to rec center/pool/hottub
-No smoking or pets
-No couples or kids
-3 month minimum lease, month-to-month thereafter
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
-$400/month total + cooking a family meal once a week (ingredients will be provided) and cleaning our house once a month. Details provided upon inquiry.

ABOUT US:
Natalie: 32 years old. Works as a nurse part time. Likes going on walks, hiking, and watercolor painting. Denver Seminary alumni. Half introvert, half extrovert.
Cody: 33 years old. Works as an engineer. Plays competitive frisbee. Introvert.
Luke: One years old. Typically quiet and playful.
