Looking for a female roommate who values a clean, quiet home to take over my spot in late January. Roommates are desiring someone who values open communication, clean spaces, and loves Jesus!
This is a 4 bedroom home in North West Littleton (shared with 3 others). In home laundry (second floor laundry room), central AC, backyard, attached garage, ample storage, fireplace, gas range, and vaulted ceilings. It is spacious and cozy. Brand new carpets have just been put in!
The available room is located on the second floor, has a large sliding door closet (with built-ins), shared large bathroom (with one other clean girl), hallway closet space, and access to renting the second garage space for $30 a month.
I have loved this home! It has been nice to share such a large space in a great location. I’m getting married so it would be helpful to have someone take over my lease!
