Hi all! My husband Caleb and I are renting out our fully furnished basement unit beginning this August. The unit has a separate entrance, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, laundry (shared with us), and a living space.
Rent is $2100/month, including utilities. We are offering flexible lease options. No pets. We are looking for couples or a group of girls to fill the space 😊
Caleb and I go to LifeGate Church and are looking to fill our home with other believers. Caleb is Realtor and a coach at Orange Theory Fitness, and I am a school nurse with Denver Public Schools. We both love reading, going on walks, spending time with friends and family, watching Great British Baking Show, and playing games at a coffee shop!
