Our home is located in Columbine Knolls, less than 15 minutes from the seminary. My husband and I are empty nesters and we have our fur baby dog, Ranger. My husband works full time and I am semi retired. We attend Authentic Life church and are small group leaders for our life group which meets on Wed nights in our home.
We are looking for a SINGLE professional, with no pets, non-smoker of anything, clean and respectful.
Our home is about 4000 square feet, and my sister lives with us, but her room is on the top floor and she is extremely quiet and keeps to herself.
The apartment features a huge bedroom with an egress window and blackout shade, the very large living area features a wide screen TV, theater seating, a small kitchen table, dart board and Xbox.
The kitchenette is equipped with a full size refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer/toaster oven, crock pot, induction cook top, all kitchen utensils, eating ware and drink ware
You will have your own private bathroom and shower.
We share a large laundry area in the mudroom where you will enter the home.
Parking is in front of our home.
We just had a traveling nurse for 6 months and she loved it here. She has agreed to answer any questions you may have about the space and how it is living with us.
