We have a fully furnished bedroom available in our beautiful, five bedroom house in Lakewood. The three upstairs bedrooms are occupied, as is one bedroom on the downstairs floor. The house is located less than 15 minutes from downtown Denver and less than 20 minutes from the Denver Seminary. Rent includes all standard utilities plus high speed internet, and we have a washer and dryer onsite for all to share. The house vibe is great – everyone enjoys each other’s company and having a good time. There is a big fenced backyard and two large storage units as well as a dog run (we have a very sweet 2-year old black lab named Phoebe). Plenty of street parking, too.
