Calling all ladies! My husband Caleb and I currently have one fully furnished room in Ruby Hill available for $900/month (utilities included) in our basement unit. This bedroom is available now.
There is a 2nd bedroom available for rent starting 3/10 for $925 (utilities included). It will be furnished similar to the room above, but it’s a little bit bigger with a different color scheme and a king size bed.
For both rooms, we are offering flexible lease options with a 30 day minimum stay

No pets.2 (amazing) Christian girls are currently living in the space. The unit has a separate entrance, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, laundry (shared with us), and a living space. The space is currently furnished by one of our current tenants, but come March 10th (after she moves out), we will be completely re-furnishing the shared spaces. And real cute might I add
