The walkout lower-level living space is almost 1,400 square feet and consists of three furnished bedrooms, a furnished living room and dining room, a kitchen and laundry area, and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a private bathroom. All utilities and internet and fitness center membership are provided for free and EV power for your electric car is available. No pets unless approved by landlord. No smoking or drugs.
