Housing Board

As a DenSem grad I know how important it is to have a quite space, sweet neighborhood and good roommates within this season of study. My home is about 10 minutes away from the seminary and is within walking distance of good coffee shops (Kaladi, Nixon’s and Mango Tree) and sits off of the same bike path that goes by the seminary. I have one other roommate (who also went to DenSem) and the room that is available for rent is in the basement and has an attached living room for extra hang out space.  There is also plenty of communal space, a back yard, front porch (we love hosting little gatherings and plenty of opportunity to be or not to be social – depending on your needs.

The length of the lease can vary – but would start on or around November 1st and end three to 12 months after that — depending on your needs.

Pets *may* be allowed, depending.

Utilities not included but are usually under $120.00 per month.
