About the House:
-Located in Lakewood in between Belmar and Sloan’s Lake
-4 bed, 2 bath
-Rent: $650/month + electricity & internet ($50-$100/month)
-Deposit: $650
-Availability: As soon as May 1st
-Lease: 6 months with an option to renew in 6 month increments.

Available room: -Bedroom that is open is one of two on main floor
-Large window and plenty of natural light
-Nice-sized with large closet
-Upstairs full bathroom shared by both upstairs roommates

Common Space: 2 living rooms, giant laundry room, kitchen, garage, lots of storage space, spacious wrap around yard, outdoor garden area with 2 raised garden beds, and a covered back porch.
-Easy access to 6th Ave and i25, making travel to Denver and to the mountains easy
-Not 420 friendly
-Tobacco free

Pets:
-Dogs are negotiable if well behaved and get along with the current dog in the home
-No cats per our lease

About us:
-We are 3 women in our 30s who get along really well + an adorable pup!
-Holly (Duckie) has a hybrid schedule as a data analyst. Rachel has a hybrid schedule as an administrative assistant. Chelbey works in person as a preschool teacher.
-Rachel and Chelbey are introverts; Holly is an extrovert who respects introvert time.
-We host a monthly game night and bi-weekly Christian book club you are welcome to join if you’d like- they are held on a different floor and quiet if you don’t want to join.
-We have a community puzzle if you’d like to help us complete puzzles 🙂
