Housing Board

We are a young family with one 3 year old pup in the Bear Valley Neighborhood. Our basement unit is newly remodelled, and has one bedroom that is very large and could easily be shared between 2 people (or 3 if you’re feeling cozy!). Previous renters have used large book cases to divide the room. There is a kitchenette with a full- size refrigerator and stove. Full bathroom. Washer and dryer included in the unit.

We love to host and have a vibrant household, but desire and respect a peaceful and quiet house as well. We share the entrance and driveway. All utilities included in rental price. Month-month lease available with limit of renewals up to discretion of the homeowners.
