Beautiful, calm, and serene home in an upscale neighborhood. The house is perfect for someone who likes beauty, peace, and a clean, beautifully decorated home. Currently there are 3 female roommates – everyone has full use of the entire house and all kitchen items like pots, pans, dishes, etc. everyone has access to the living room, dining room, hang out basement, laundry room, and 3 large yards. All utilities are included in rent and there is plenty of free and safe street parking. My cleaners who clean once a month are included if you want your room cleaned. All my streaming passwords are included for Netflix, Hulu, etc. Tenants get all the free veggies and fresh eggs they want from my 2 large gardens and all my chickens. The home has a lot of large growth trees and sits on an extra large lot. The roommates are very considerate of each other and there is no drama. The house stays very clean. No pets, smoking, drugs, or opposite sex people spending the night. I have 2 German Shepherds who are our protection – they will love you if you like dogs and they will leave you alone if you don’t. One roommate goes to Den Sem. All of us have active ministries and value Christian community and following Jesus with all our heart. 6 month to one year lease and open to longer.
