Hello! I am an older, single Christian woman whose ministry is to provide low cost housing for seminary students. I have a beautiful, comfortable, happy home and the renter would have a furnished bedroom (or we could move out the furniture out if you have your own), full use of the entire house including a recently remodeled gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room, and 3 yards. $600 covers everything, including all utilities and you can use my to Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime accounts. No pets, smoking, drugs, or men spending the night. I have 2 large dogs who protect us but also love us. I currently have 2 roommates – one just graduated from Den Sem last year and is working on his clinical hours for his counseling degree; the other is in the chaplaincy program. I am a judge.
