Looking for one male roommate – I live in the Switchback on Platte Apartments in Littleton, and I am looking for someone to move in to a triple. Switchback Apartments is right on the same campus as Denver Seminary right off Santa Fe, 8 minutes from Costco, and 4 minutes from historical downtown Littleton. There is a new fitness center in the apartments and its right along the platte river walkway. The open room would be the master with your own bathroom. Currently there are two great guys living there, easy to live with and I’m sure anyone would get along great. Looking for a solid guy that is open to community and likes to be active!
Rent is $720 plus utilities. Parking will also be $8 a month. Availability starts April 1 and the lease will be until the end of August (where you can then resign for a year if you want).
