Lovely room available in 3 bedroom house in Harvey Park
Hi,
My roommate Caroline and I are looking for another female to join our house in the Harvey Park neighbourhood. I work hybrid (part from home part from the office) as a federal project manager and Caroline is a physical therapist. We both regularly attend church and help co-lead a small group. We like to be outdoors, run, hik, backpack and rock climb!
The house has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom, a nice backyard with a pation and a part of the basement is unfinished for storage. Utilities are split three ways and are usually around $75-80 per month. We aren’t allowed pets and rent is $766/month. The lease you would be joining goes through May of 2025. The landlord equires an application (with a $200 fee for the application – which can be waived if we find someone prior to May 31st), a credit check and a current pay stub. There’s also a security deposit due upon move in which is $766.
