Housing Board

Hey Everyone! Looking for a roommate at my current spot to take over the master bedroom with private bathroom and walk in closet. Located in Arvada off of Sheridan. Great neighborhood and about 15 min to downtown and 5 min from old town Arvada. The rent would be ~$1450 but could go up slightly with next year’s lease and utilities run about $100-$150 a person. Current roommate is moving out so looking to re sign with someone else for September 8. Pretty much completely furnished in the common areas. There’s a ton of space between the 3 levels and I’ve got a great projector set up in the basement that you’re more than welcome to use. Huge back yard and pet friendly. Two-car garage. It’s got central A/C and a gas stove.

I work from home so spend a lot of time here and travel about 30% for work. I have a long haired dachshund who’s really chill. He doesn’t bark, is house trained, and gets along well with other dogs and people but is definitely shy. I’m not sure if there’s only a one pet policy but I’m open to living with another dog, would just have to check the lease terms and ensure he’d get along with my guy.
