A welcoming, relationship-centered live-in opportunity is available for the right person. A family in Centennial is seeking a female live-in aide to support their adult daughter who has intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), visual and hearing impairments, and Smith–Magenis Syndrome.

She will soon be moving into a brand-new condo in the Unity at Wolfensberger community (Wellspring) — an inclusive development designed to foster independence, friendships, and community life.

Housing Provided (FREE RENT)

You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom in a shared 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that includes:

• Furnished living space
• Large updated kitchen
• In-unit laundry
• Free onsite parking
• Newly remodeled building near downtown Castle Rock

Our daughter will be the named tenant on the lease. No security deposit required.

Paid Support Hours (in addition to free housing)

Paid hours may include support with:

• Light homemaking
• Simple meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Personal care assistance
• Laundry
• Help with simple decisions and errands

Our daughter attends a weekday program 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday, providing reliable daytime flexibility. Our family remains actively involved and supportive.

Transportation

Because public transportation in Castle Rock is limited, the caregiver should be comfortable driving their own vehicle for:

• Social events and community activities
• Shopping and errands
• Occasional appointments

Mileage reimbursement can be discussed.

About Our Daughter

She is a kind, spirited adult woman who thrives with routine, companionship, and gentle guidance. She enjoys church activities, therapeutic recreation, and community events. We provide training and ongoing support to help the caregiver feel confident and comfortable.

Ideal Candidate

• Female
• Calm, dependable, and patient
• Experience with IDD, autism, or caregiving preferred
• Comfortable providing transportation
• Interested in a stable, long-term role

This opportunity is ideal for a DSP, CNA, nursing student, or experienced caregiver seeking meaningful one-on-one work in a supportive environment.  Non smoker.  A background check is required.
