Hello! My name is Ben Urban and my roommate is moving out as he just got married a couple weeks ago, so I am looking for a new roommate!
This is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2334 sqft (oversized) townhome near Alameda and Wadsworth. Just a short walk to Belmar, Belmar Park, Belmar Library, tons of shopping/movie theater/etc.
This townhome does have 3 bedrooms, however there will only be 2 people living here. The total sqft is 2336, which includes an upstairs, main level and unfinished basement for storage. The rental will be for the entire upstairs space: this includes a bedroom, adjacent loft, bathroom and multiple closets.
The main level is furnished, but the upstairs bedroom and loft will be empty.
You will also have your own garage space.
At this point, no pet has lived here, so I am unsure if the owners will allow for a pet, though that could be discussed with the right renter 🙂
Rent includes water, trash, and recycling services. There is a 2-car garage and a laundry room. Security Deposit is $1000.
