Transitional/Short-Term Housing for Rent
Primary Bedroom + Guest Room and shared main floor with a young family
My husband and I are 2022 Denver Seminary grads and have an adorable and social one and a half year old son. We rent out the basement bedroom of a large, beautiful house and are looking for new housemates to rent the other half as our current housemates (a married couple) are moving out in December. We need someone to fill in until May 1.
You can be 1 or 2 individuals or a couple or a young family. You would also get a guest room right across from the primary bedroom.
The main floor is shared. This includes the 2 living rooms, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and laundry room. We have loved living in community since we graduated from Den Sem and are hoping to find another great couple of people to share our home with. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!
