The rest of the house is available for shared use, including all appliances, washer/dryer, dishes, cookware, etc. Main level includes kitchen, dining room, additional bathroom, and two living spaces. Back yard/patio with sitting spaces to read, eat, or relax. On/off street parking available in quiet neighborhood, with tons of walking trails. Minutes from just about everything in Parker, including walking distance to the Parker Rec Center. About 25-30 minutes from DenSem.

Must be very CLEAN and attentive to cleaning up after yourself.

I am a DenSem alum with a counseling practice in south Denver, while my husband is a landscape designer who works from home in his basement office. We are an introverted-extrovert and an extroverted-introvert who enjoy having friends/family over for dinner, darts, pool, and just hanging out. We’re happy to give you space or socialize together over shared interests, and you’re welcome to have guests over as well. We have two small dogs who will love to be your new best friends!
