We are looking for a female housemate to join a community of other 30-something, working single Christian women who value their independence and also really like hanging out with each other and making a house a home. I (Jessica) pay the mortgage and rent the bedrooms out to two others currently, looking for a third, leaving 1 bedroom for an office and open for occasional guests. We have 2 dogs (a hound mutt and a white lab) and enjoy hosting monthly “coffee houses”, an open invite for people in our shared communities to enjoy a free cup of coffee or tea. We are looking for a housemate who loves or at least doesn’t mind dogs, values hanging out as our schedules allow, and would like to practice hospitality with us. Bonus if you enjoy house projects, caring for the flower, lawn, and veggie gardens, etc. Our neighborhood has plenty of street parking, and a park and open space within walking distance. We’re 8 minutes from Belmar, 23 minutes from the seminary, and only 15 min from downtown Denver and 15 min from the foothills.
