The home is owned by my husband and myself and we have 3 friendly French bulldogs. Our home is situated in a quiet neighborhood in Southwest Denver (about ~14 min. drive from Denver Seminary), right near the Bear Creek biking / walking path. My husband works from home (and I mostly work outside of the home), and ideally we’d find renter(s) who works outside of the home most of the time.
The unit available is downstairs within the home, ~800+ sq ft., comprised of a living room area, a bathroom, a large bedroom, as well as a full kitchen, laundry (washer and dryer), and yard. Semi-private entrance. There is plenty of unrestricted street parking.
