Hi! We’re Zach and Nicole. We’re ~30, have two dogs, and no kids. Our home is situated in a quiet neighborhood in Lone Tree, right around the corner from Park Meadows and Denver Tech Center. Our home is bi-level – we live upstairs, primarily coming in and out through the back door which leads to the garage, which leaves the front door and downstairs available for rent(ers)! The downstairs area has a barn door at the base of the stairs which you can close for privacy. The whole downstairs is just about 900 sq ft, and is comprised of a living room area, a bathroom, and one large bedroom (the size of two bedrooms upstairs). You would be welcome to use the kitchen (upstairs) and we would need to come downstairs once in a while to use the laundry room.
There is plenty of room for parking, but the parking is not inside the garage or under a cover.
If you have a dog, we would need to do a meet and greet with our pups to make sure they get along before accepting your application. Other pets (e.g. cats) would not be a good fit.
