Bedroom and bathroom (shower- no tub) for rent in the basement of Castle Rock home. We moved to Castle Rock a few months ago and have significantly more space than we need right now. We are about a 30-35 minute drive to Denver Seminary. We are 8 minutes from DT Castle Rock, and 40 minutes from Denver. Wife (Hannah) graduated from Denver Seminary with her MDiv in 2019, husband (Patrick), works from home in an office upstairs—we have an additional room available upstairs if you need quiet study space, (Hannah is planning to turn this into a prayer room). We have two large (friendly) dogs who are primarily indoor pets. We do have an extra queen bed if you are looking for a furnished option, and are flexible on a lease timeframe.
Your bedroom will be near the sauna (infrared), treadmill, and TV room which you are welcome to use. You’ll also of course have access to the kitchen on the main floor.

About the Owners: We’ve been married 9-years, we met working at Olive Garden together, we have no kiddos, attend Denver Community Church in Downtown Denver, and are both Denver natives! We are very egalitarian, pro-women in ministry, and love making new friends—even if your views differ from ours ❤️ We’re in our early 30’s, play CrossFit in our free-time. Hannah is an enneagram 8w7 and Patrick is a 3w2. We do ministry on the side of our corporate jobs. Our hope is that this can provide a great space for someone embarking on their seminary journey!
