My husband and I are renting our walk out basement studio in our Englewood home. The space is complete with a 3/4 bath, kitchenette, main area and spacious closet. The studio has a private entrance at the front of the home. Laundry is the only shared space. Attached photos as an example of hows a previous tenant set up the space. A little about us: we have been married for almost 4 years and have a 16 month old daughter + one more on the way! We have two dogs & the home has a very spacious back yard!
The space is ideal for a single person, however 2 people have shared the space in the past. We are open to pets as long as they get along with our dogs and are good with kids!
Rent $900/month + utilities (usually ~$100).
