Ranch home with a lovely private backyard and patio. One tastefully furnished bedroom and full bathroom is available for rent on the main floor. Lots for storage. We would share use of the kitchen, sunroom, living room, and den. The shared areas would need to be kept tidy. The home is bright and well maintained. Trails are nearby.
It is a drug and smoke free Christian home with no overnight boyfriends. We enjoy some conversations and respect each other’s privacy. People of any age have fit well in the home. The neighborhood is safe and street parking is right in front of the home. I have 3 guinea pigs. No other pets are possible.
12 minutes to Denver Seminary, 2 minutes to Streets of Southglenn shopping.
Lease is negotiable. 750 includes utilities and highspeed internet.
