Hello! My wife and I both attended Denver Seminary and have a newly renovated and furnished basement apartment available for rent. The entire unit is private and is about 800 sq. ft. with a private entrance, 2 bedrooms (both queen beds), 1 bathroom, a kitchen (no dishwasher or full-size oven, a stove top is available), a dining table, living room, and shared laundry/storage space. There are also 3 egress windows, which allows for lots of natural light. High speed wifi, trash, recycling, and utilities are all included in the rent. The backyard can often be available upon request as well. There is plenty of street parking in front of the house.
We live near S Broadway/Oxford, so you will be very close to downtown Englewood and Swedish Hospital. My wife and I are easy going and would love to get to know whoever moves in! We are a family of 3 and will do our best to respect your space.
