Looking for a sub-leaser in my house in Lakewood for the summer! There would be 3-4 other Christian women. All either in school at Denver Seminary or young professionals. House is recently updated with huge backyard (with fire pit) and easy access to parks, grocery stores and 285. Two car garage offers lots of storage space.
You would have a private basement room with two windows for lots of sunshine! Large room and shared bathroom with one Christian female roommate who may or may not be around for the summer. There is a large laundry room in the basement as well. The common spaces are shared and kept very clean.
One roommate does have a medium sized dog.
Rent can be negotiated/utilities covered by myself if there is a budget issue.
