My current roommate is moving home at the end of May. We are looking for someone to sublease her room for her from June 2024-September 2024, with possibility to renew for another year.

This is a luxury apartment building in West Littleton, it is a beautiful building and amazing location for a very decent price. Just 15 min from the Seminary. It is walking distance to a huge park, VASA gym, Trader Joes, Corvus coffee and Sprouts. Also nearby are WholeFoods, REI, Wal-Mart, Starbucks, Target, Shopping Mall, several restaurants and fast food locations. Easy Access to 470 and the mountains, 10 min from downtown littleton, 30 min to downtown Denver, 10 min to the nearest light rail, 20 min to Chatfield State Park, and 15 min to Waterton Canyon. 

Apartment features: You’ll have your own room and bathroom, with walk in closet. The apartment features really great lighting, spacious kitchen with lots of storage, updated fixtures and appliances. In unit washer and dryer.

Other apartment amenities: Co-working spaces, gated garage, year round pool and hot tub, outdoor grilling spaces, golf simulator, also located next to a golf course if that’s your thing,  on site gym, and trash chutes on every floor so you don’t have to go outside to take out the trash which is so convenient. 

About me (Andria)– Female, 30 years old. I’m a counselor (and graduate of DenSem). I work a-lot so most days I’m out of the house during the day. I enjoy rock climbing or staying at home and being a homebody on my days off or hanging out with friends and my partner. I’m pretty quiet and super chill and generally like to keep the space that way as well so I can unwind there and relax. Im more of an introvert and love my alone time, but also would love to get to know whomever I’m living with and hangout every now and then

About you- Female, mature, cleans up after themselves, will take initiative on household chores, friendly, and easy going. Ideally someone who would want to stay at least another year after the current lease, as I prefer to not move if I don’t have to. also no smoking.

Pets- I don’t have any, but I’m open to pets (max 1, yes there is an additional pent rent fee here). You must prove to me they are trained and well behaved (quiet, listens to you, you take care of it so the dog isn’t getting bored and destroying things, potty trained etc), and I would ask that you keep all of the pets’ things (kennels, litter box, etc) in your personal spaces not the shared space. The apartment does have a pet washing station as well as a small dog park for residents.
