Located in a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Englewood just northwest of Hampden (285) and Santa Fe (85). There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor. The main level consists of shared space of living room, dining area, and kitchen. The basement has a bedroom, small living area, and a bathroom (with laundry). You would have primary use of basement bathroom (which has had some recent updates to it including a new shower). The bedroom is about 123 square feet and the closet is on the small side. There is a small fenced in backyard. There is a park across the street.
I have one other roommate who lives in one of the upstairs’ bedrooms. She has lived with me for 2 1/2 years. She does have a small dog (yorkie) that stays in her room. We like to keep the shared space clean for everyone using the space!
A little about me: I am a counselor in my 30’s. I work in Littleton. I go to Bridgeway church. I like skiing, hiking, paddleboarding, dancing, kickboxing, etc.
