Room available for rent in updated home in Lakewood (near I-70 & Kipling), backyard has covered patio and grill. Home is in great neighborhood, close to Clear Creek bike trail / Crown Hill Park, 10 min from downtown Arvada & Golden areas. Rent is $750/month and includes internet, utilities, washer and dryer, space for a separate office area available, if desired. I own the house and would share house with myself & 2 other Christian guys who are all active in our churches, looking for male roommates only. Room is available starting at the end of December.

About Me: I grew up Colorado and work as an engineer. I enjoy the outdoors (camping & hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter), all roommates are actively involved in our churches. The house has a good balance of common areas for watching movies / hanging out & space to work (myself and other roommates work remote at times from the house). If you are looking to live with a good group of Christian guys who are clean and respectful in a great area that is close to the mountains, then this is your place:)
