About current roommates:

• Early-to-late 20s
• Actively involved in church and various ministries (go to different churches)
• Enjoy getting outdoors and hosting events at home (have had worship nights and other events in our backyard!)

About you:

• Mid-20s to 30s
• Love the Lord + looking to grow in your faith
• Relatively tidy + willing to contribute around the house/yard (lawn is taken care of, but we need to pull weeds, rake leaves, etc.)
• A plus if you’re social, but not mandatory!
• Kind 🙂

Rent info:

• $811.25 + utilities ($50-$100/month)
• 1-year lease with the potential to extend!
• NO animals – sorry 🙁
• 12-minute drive to Denver Seminary
• Walking distance to Trader Joe’s on University
• Large backyard + basketball/pickleball slab
• Super kind owners (husband and wife) who are very helpful if problems arise + local to the area
