Housing Board

Hello,

My name is Lee. I have a home in Highlands Ranch which is about 10 miles by highway from Denver Seminary.  I am looking for a roommate that wants to live in a home that allows for some peace and quiet.  I have 1 available room that has a good size closet and there is also some garage space if you had a bike or some storage containers or ski’s etc.

You would be sharing the house with myself ,44 y.o. man who works all the time! ( I am a Firefighter and also a Financial planner so I am gone a lot). The other roommate is  a 28 y.o. male who teaches high school and coaches basketball at a local Christian High School.

I am redoing the main level flooring so there is some construction happening but the upstairs room and bathroom where you would live is completed already (the construction is why I am not charging more for the rent.) I hope you have some grace with the process.

I am looking to find a respectful roommate with good references and credit history.  Please let me know if I can answer any questions for you!

There are:

• No animals at the house
• Wifi
• Trash removal
• On site washer and dryer
• Movie theater in the basement
• Large Yard and lots of walking and biking trails nearby
