Hi there! We’re looking for a third female roommate to join our peaceful and welcoming 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the Denver Tech Center/Southmoor neighborhood. Ideal move-in is flexible, available starting July 1, 2025.

About the Condo:

• Located in a quiet, safe complex with beautiful green spaces

• Walkable to the Southmoor RTD station (light rail & bus)

• Quick access to I-25, grocery stores, and restaurants

• Spacious shared living area, patio, and fully equipped kitchen

• In-unit laundry and central AC/heating

• Rent: $805 + shared utilities

• Parking available (off-street and/or assigned spot depending on availability)

• Water and trash are covered, internet and energy are shared between 3 roommates

About Us:
We are two friendly, respectful, and clean women in our mid-20s to early 30s who value open communication, community, and a calm home environment. One of us works in healthcare, and the other in human services.

You’d be a great fit if you:

• • Are a student/professional female in your 20s or 30s
  • Prefer a clean, quiet living space
  • Are okay with sharing a bathroom

We have a single room available with a shared bathroom available. Rent will be about $805 per month, but will increase slightly with utilities.

Please note, we are a fully drug-free environment, and we ask that you don’t bring the party home with you. One of our roommates is Christian, and one is in recovery, so we ask that you be respectful to this.
