Looking for single woman to join our caring community! 3-story townhouse, will have Master bedroom with private 3/4 bath & walk-in closet. Will live with 2 roommates, small dog & cat. Unfortunately, cannot bring own pet if larger than a hamster.

House amenities include car parking spot, covered patio, garden plot, ground floor washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, heat/AC, etc.

Great location with easy access to freeway, light rail station, & Cherry Creek park with walking trails.
