Hey everyone! One of our roommates just landed a great new job on the east coast and is moving out at the end of July. We’d love to find a solid replacement. The house is in a quiet neighborhood on the very north end of Englewood and close to the edge of South Denver. 3BD 1B home with a huge backyard, space to host and great amenities. The available room is 200sqft + a large walk-in closet and a part of a 1700sqft home. Two living spaces, upstairs and downstairs, plenty of storage space, and bright light. 

Centrally located, the home is about 8 min south of Wash Park, walking distance to local grocery, coffee, breweries and restaurants; 3 min from the climbing gym, and easy access to Santa Fe, 285, and i25 is a short drive making it 15 min to downtown. Asking $1100 plus utilities (the most recent 3 month average is around $110/room).

You’d be sharing the home with myself (Luke) and one other housemate Jack. I’m a midwest kid who came to Denver about ten years ago for work. I’m 32 and work in the commercial photo industry. Jack is a 26 year old who grew up between Texas and Chile. He works in supply chain management and is completing his masters at MIT during the evenings. To say the least we are both pretty busy but in our free time both of us love a good day outside climbing, hosting friends in the backyard, or catching up with our people here in Denver. 

The goal of the home is to create a settled environment for anyone who lives here, and hopefully a spot that feels like home. I’m looking forward to using the backyard this summer for BBQs, movie nights on the projector, and having friends over around the fire, but also utilize it as a place of rest and recouperation as well.
