One small, private bedroom available for a female renter in a clean, quiet, 3 bedroom townhouse in Lakewood near Belmar Park. Wadsworth & Alameda are the nearest major cross streets. Looking for a clean, quiet, considerate, and responsible woman to join our all female household. Kitchen, livingroom, and half bath are on the main floor; all the bedrooms and the main bath are on the second floor. The bath is shared. Washer/dryer available in the basement. Parking is available on the street. Rent is $635 plus split utilities. If you need a bed/dresser to be provided for an additional fee, let me know and we can discuss options.
