A large bedroom in a 4-bedroom/4-bathroom spacious house will be available shortly before the end of this month. Three Christian guys are living in the house and we would like to find a 4th person who can move in. Rent, utilities, water, and internet all come to $750-850 per month, per person. The house has more than 2500 square feet and it is in a highly convenient and safe location that is right next to Hampden and Downing, in Englewood, and it is very close to Cherry Hills Village. Downtown Denver and The Foothills are both only around 15 minutes away and the property is located within very close proximity to I-25, Sante Fe, Light Rail access, and dozens of popular places to shop at. The available room, which is on the main floor, is roughly 15 x 11 square feet and it has a walk-in closet. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spread out over three floors and each bedroom comes with its own full bathroom. A washer and dryer, a dishwasher, ample parking, a deck with a grill, a modern heating and a/c system, and significant storage space are all included. There are no dogs or cats in the house and this will probably not change in the future. Though a background check and security deposit (equal to one month of rent) are required, the person who moves in will not be signing a lease. 45 days of notice are required prior to moving out.
