Just completed a wonderful rental experience with a student at Denver Seminary and are hoping and praying for someone just as amazing!
Located just 15 minutes from the campus with easy access to C-470, Chatfield State Park and Red Rocks Amphitheater!
The apartment offers a quiet, comfortable space situated in a lovely neighborhood close to so many fun things to do. Whether you like hiking, pickle ball, working out, socializing at unique coffee shops, wine bars, or craft breweries, or unwinding in a calming, private space, you’re sure to find great experiences here. Your hosts are friendly and well-traveled and have created an environment that has just about everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. We are a couple in our mid 60s who are empty nesters.
Other features you’ll appreciate are a fast, reliable dedicated wifi, a Ring doorbell with video surveillance, fully stocked kitchen, and spacious bathroom. We spared no expense to provide a washer/dryer unit in your apartment that enables you to run a quick load of laundry in just 15 minutes. The dryer also enables you to do a steam dry cycle to get rid of wrinkles (in your clothes!).
Utilities and WiFi are included in the rent.
Check out the photographs of the space and we are sure you will agree that the apartment has a very cool vibe. Inspired by the fact that my wife lived in Japan for 11 years in her childhood, there is a Japandi design them throughout.
We would prefer a lease term of at least 3 months or longer.
